B. Expressly disclaims all or any warranties, express or implied, relating to the Imigital service, including in particular any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
C. Will not be liable to you under any circumstances whatsoever for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of the Imigital service;
D. Reserves the right, at its discretion, from time to time to make changes to the information provided on the Imigital service, to alter the nature of the Imigital service or to withdraw the Imigital service.
You are therefore advised to check the information provided to you through the Imigital service as any reliance that you place on the accuracy of that information is at your own risk.

Use of Imigital
Imigital Limited will print scanned or digital images from either a library of images or from images provided by members of the public. We will also provide limited images from a library of steam locomotives.

Credit packages & Sponsorship Options
Imigital Limited reserves the right to discontinue any promotions at any time and with no notice given. VAT is non refundable on all overseas orders.

Restrictions on Use of the Imigital Service
You may not integrate the Imigital service into another intranet/extranet or any other business. Imigital is the sole distributor for 24 images of Peter Cushing Fine Art images.

Returns
If any of our products fall behind the high standards you expect please return them within 28 days and we will happily refund or exchange the item. Imigital will cover the cost of returning the product back to ourselves if your item is fautly. If you change your mind within 28 days, we are happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. A copy of your invoice will be required to do this.
You will need to cover the cost of postage back to Imigital if you have changed your mind and Imigital reserve the right to charge you a process fee to a maxmimum of £5.

The Rights of Imigital
By using this service you allow Imigital Limited to:
- Send you emails relating to your registration, purchases and account, including promotional offers .
- If you select to receive the Imigital Newsletter we will email you the regular Imigital Newsletter.
- Email preferences can be changed by writing to Imigital Limited.
Data subjects may request details of the information we hold on them, as laid out in the Data Protection Act. We will require proof of identity (such as a passport, utility bill or driver's licence). An administration charge of £10 be applicable for such a request. Cheques should be made payable to: Imigital Limited.

Money back Guarantee
In the event that you purchase a product from Imigital you may have a full refund providing that you return the goods to Imigital within 14 days of the original delivery and in a saleable format.
- Delivery of Goods
Normally products purchased from the Imigital will be delivered within 14 working days. However, at times of exceptional increased demand for the company's products, such as a new release, the volume of goods may cause the delivery time to be anything up to 12 weeks. Should the delivery time exceed this, you are entitled to a full refund by emailing sales@imigital.co.uk. VAT is non refundable on all overseas orders.
